Discussing the Diaspora as seen through an internal Black lens

Wonder why we did our own Best Black Blog Awards here at BlackPerspective.net?
Well, if we (Black folks) didn’t highlight our bloggers, Black blogs would get almost no recognition.
Last week I came across Enkay Blog’s latest top 100 list.
It was another blogging list devoid of blackness that inspired BlackPerspective.net’s Best Black Blog Awards
Enkay calls his latest list the Official Top 100 Female Blogger List. Now I don’t know what make it official; but that’s what he says.
It looks like just about every other list that comes out, really white; even though the blog’s proprietor isn’t white. Maybe that at least helps explain number one on the list.
Out of 100, I could only identify 3 minority bloggers:
01. Michelle Malkin
39. Shai Coggins
45. La Shawn Barber’s Corner
Two Asian, one Black
He even has an additional list of 21 honorable mentions. I couldn’t identify any minorities there.
Do you see any other People of Color on the list other than the ones I identified?
I also just came by the 50 most influential female bloggers. I lost exact count along the way; but out of the 50, there were either 4 or 5 minority bloggers – all of them Asian.
I will self-answer the question that I proposed in title, the answer is yes; and you can see 5 of them at the Best Black Blogs Winners announcement post.

I’m not so sure how legit this list is, since the tag at the end says “If you want to be added to the list, e-mail me.” I submitted my blog, which is ranked higher than many of the ones listed on Technorati, so we’ll see what happens.
Sadness.
I submitted a juicy comment and the submit button ate it!!
I think it’s certainly illegitimate. On top of the the minority exclusion, I see no rhyme or reason on how he determined his list.
