Continued Campaign For Respect In Media

August 5th, 2008

Racist Dog The Bounty Hunter

The Respect In Media Campaign is ongoing.

Here are the advertisers that we have observed to advertise on Dog the Bounty Hunter’s Show. There are others, and we will continue to follow up on identifying those:

    Match dot com
    Travelocity dot com
    Sam Adams Beer
    20th Centrury Fox/X-Files Movie
    Dish Network
    Sprintz Furniture, featuring Sealy Posturepedic
    Dtv.2009 dot gov
    Head On
    Front line Plus (Cat Food)
Smart Balance [This is the only butter I’ve used for 10 years; will look for alternative]
    Priceline dot com

Consider these brands, in particular any that you use. Might you be able to do with out their product? Be able to substitute with another brand that makes a like product/provides a like service?

If so, you should write them a letter and tell them about it. Let’em know that their support of the denigration of our people has lost them your support.

This is one of the issues the Afrosphere Action Coalition coordinators will be discussing in our internet broadcast this Friday night at 8:30 Eastern.

Another part of that discussion will be updating the latest on the AAC’s first ever initiative, The Jena 6: Judge Mauffray Thrown Off of Jena 6 Case

Much love to you for creating this website. I have been reading for about a month now, I find it very insightful and informative. I personally take it as a slap to the face that they would put dog back on tv, and it’s good to know who his sponsors are.
