Fake ICE Checkpoint at Netroots Nation 2010

July 27th, 2010

In ancticipation of the commencement of Arizona Anti-Immigration law (SB-1070), protestors at the liberal Netroots Conference held in Las Vegas this past weekend pulled a stunt to make a point.

As people filed into a lunch session that would also contain a panel on civil rights, protestor dressed up as mock ICE Agents (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) stopped only white persons, asking for their id and papers to enter.

Here’s video of the fake check point by sumofchange.com

Carlos Quiroz was also there and conduct interviews with those who staged the mock ICE checkpoint

Whatever, again it’s whiteys fault lol! What about us people of color who want our laws enforced?? People from China were here and found this land first lets kick everyone out and give the land to China.
This in NO WAY is the way the law is written to be enforced, please propaganda at its worse.

“What about us people of color who want our laws enforced??”

I’d buy the law enforcement thing if those screaming about it wanted the law enforced on every one equally. Why is the law always being enforced on poor foriegners, but the American business men and women who betray us to invite them here and employ them are give such a huge pass; which is the central cause of illegal immigration (the less jobs available to them, the less illegal-immigration there is).

I’m not a free borders person at all; I’m just not an abuse the minorities and poor; while rich white people get to do whatever they want person either.

The illegal immigration problems starts with AMERICAN business.

WELL SAID!!!!! YES but darn if those rich buissness owners don’t keep getting away with it dang it, so what to do??? and it’s misinformation to say it’s just whites because Rich buisness owners from Mexico are bringing people over for slave labor in warehouse sweat shop here in LA to get even richer off their own, sick. What is even sicker is the illegal immigrant for the most part know what and how they will be working in sweat shops but are given info on how to collect benifits once having a child here and still working under the table. It’s like an organize crime ring that everyone is in on but the little guy who works everyday following the rules, pays taxes and earning just enough to keep food on the table.

Here is something to bring into prospective the organized crime ring of La Raza and the natinal latino org. who pay for and sponser all these events and propaganda, below is just one case there is many more and I need not add lots we know nothing about, yet.
In October 2006, a federal judge granted class-action status to a lawsuit brought by Tyson employees who allege that Tyson’s practice of hiring illegal immigrants depresses wages 10–30%. The suit further contends that the company violated federal racketeering laws by conspiring with National Council of La Raza and League of United Latin American Countries not to question the employment applications of anyone with a Hispanic surname.
