For Those Who Are For Immigration Profiling

American citizen is held in detention for days because law enforcement thought he looked Mexican. In fact he’s a natural born citizen from Puerto Rico.

The federal government with all it resources and access to records and social security numbers, and legal ability still, profiles and detains people for days without getting verification. Yet, we’re suppose to believe a bunch of ideological driven nativist in Arizona are going to be able to determine the actual legal status of someone who they think is illegal; and be able to detain them with no crime having been committed, based on the feelings of an untrained cop.
