Hillary Clinton “Misspoke” Again, This Time Regarding Healthcare

Also Clinton’s senior strategist has had to resign for actively promoting NAFTA while the candidate speaks against it.
Healthcare mispeak
On the campaign trail for 5 weeks Senator Clinton has repeated a story of a pregnant woman being turned away from a hospital for not having healthcare, then as a result her and the baby having died from birth complications; the problem is that the story is not true.
The woman who the story refers to, the hospital says that she did have health insurance and was given prenatal care at a clinic.
The family is reported to be furious at clinton for using their love ones tragedy as a political prop, and the hospital asked the campaign to stop telling the false story.
According to this article “Clinton has been telling the tale for about five weeks, and first heard it from Meigs County, Ohio, sheriff’s deputy Bryan Holman, who was taped relaying the account to the New York senator.”
So apparentely Clinton took a rumor as fact and ran with it. Just like she took the Weapons of Mass Destruction rumors from George Bush and Dick Cheney, and ran with those, sending 4,000 troops to their death.
This shows a disturbing pattern with Clinton. Like Bush, she’ll accept any information that fits her preset agenda, and will not bother with verifying accuracy and truth; just as she didn’t even bother TO READ THE INTELLIGENCE REPORT that the Iraq war rumors were based on before voting in favor of a war that she claimed on the senate floor she was casting with “conviction”. Conviction based on what, one has to ask, if she didn’t bother to read the intelligence? Not to mention the disturbing pattern of misspeaking on Bosnia Sniper fire to false claims that she opposed NAFTA as first lady when in fact the record shows that she promoted it - which leads us to the next point.
Mark Penn Resigns Over NAFTA
While Senator Clinton hammers away at NAFTA in Pennsylvania, her chief strategist and republican confidant Mark Penn was making similar free trade deals in Columbia.
Ostensibly, the claim is, that he was only their on behalf of his own PR firm; but it’s reported that the Columbia government wasn’t sure that he wasn’t there on Clinton’s behalf. Not to mention that this goes back to the same issue I raised about Clinton’s campaign director, sub-prime Maggie Williams; if your chief advisors are all in the pockets of big money corporate America and represent interest contrary to what the candidate claims to be her positions, how can we have confidence that in office the candidate will really hold to those positions.
I mean, if you believe in A, why would you hire a bunch of lead people who believe in and are financially dependant on position B?
This current free trade two step of Clinton taking one position while her top strategist goes to a foriegn country to promote the opposite position comes on top of recent revelations that Senator Clinton “misspoke” about opposing NAFTA as first lady, and that it was her staff and not Obama’s who called the Canadian government to reassure them that her anti-NAFTA talk on the campaign trail was just campaign posturing:

She is not as smooth as Bill with her lies; “I did not have sexual relations with that woman!” or, “It depends what you mean the meaning of the word is is” Now that is world class lying, I learned in business how easy it is for white business people to lie and how they never get called on it. As the relations of former slaves we are allowed to lie. Not even little black ones.
Isn’t it interesting how the media does not run continuous sound clips in an obvious attempt to destroy her as they have done with Obama. This woman lies constantly and is allowed to get away with a slap on the wrist.
JD, I think the Clintons have gotten away with blantantly lying for so long that they have no conscious about it. The difference is one, people have caught on to their game, and two, we’re now living in the internet world where is not totally left to the corperate media to get this stuff pushed out there. And even when say a major news paper in the past would have reorted something on page 12 and nobody paid much attention, now when that same news papers does the story, they put it on the internet and it get’s picked up and spread around.
HicktownPress, I indeed notice the same thing; that’s why I keep hammering her here.
The media is so two faced. Perpitrating this false ideal that Obama’s getting a free pass, when in fact is Hillary who’ve they’ve refused to vet; and have accept her claims as gospel fact since the campaign started, even though the media who covers this stuff day in and day out knows its not true.
