In The Security Guard Cake Case Apparently Her Wrist WAS Broken

Or fractured to be precise, which is a brake in the bone.
If you’re not familiar with the initial story, here’s one of my earlier post
The Final Call has finally done the first report of any depth exploring some of the charges against the students and mother; and giving some analysis and information of Pleajhai Mervin’s injuries.
Some main points:
* Latricia Majors, mother of Pleajhai (the student who’s wrist was bent backwards and fractured for dropping cake) had the trumped up charges against her dropped
*Black Palmdale parents seem to have organize well around this issue
*The medical records from the hospital say Pleajhia’s wrist was fractured among other injuries; and the Uncle Tom, bought and sold main stream media, professionally trained reporter, misreported the facts.
From the article:
“The reporter did not tell the whole truth, and I believe that this is part of a smear campaign that’s going on. Not only was my daughter treated for her wrist, but she has head injuries, shoulder and back pain, and emotional pain. They put the cast on her; I didn’t,” charged Latricia Majors, Ms. Mervin’s mother.
During a phone interview with The Final Call, Ms. Majors, reading from Ms. Mervin’s Lancaster Community Hospital Emergency Room Intake Report, stated, “Your caregiver has diagnosed you as having a fracture of the wrist. A fracture is a break in the bone or bones.”
Ms. Majors insisted that Mr. Stallworth distorted the following text of the report, “One of the bones of the wrist the, (Carpal) Navicular Bone, often does not show up as a fracture on X-rays until later on in the healing phase. With this bone your caregiver will often cast as though it is fractured even if not seen in the X-ray.”
So we had one child assaulted and charged for dropping cake, another assaulted and charged for video recording the first assault, his sister charged for coming to his defense as he was body slammed by thugs for nothing, and a mother charged for walking pass the school principle when she wouldn’t tell her where her child was.
This is continued L.A. County police corruption and harassment that we has been well documented and even prosecuted a few times in recent decades. I call for the dropping of charges against all the other 3 defendants in this assault on children.
We have to stand up and fight against this!
