Should I be laughing ? I don’t think it’s funny because they ( the real Obamas) actually come across as nice people and haven’t really done anything stereotypical or defining their personas yet.
They are nice people. I don’t think all of the portrayal is quite accurate of her; but it’s comedy, and spoofs are almost always exaggerations.
Plus I tend to think the people doing this were doing a take on one of the largely held perception of her; probably more than their personal feeling.
But if you have to ask “Should I be laughing”; that means your natural, visceral reaction is that it’s funny.
So yeah, I just take this vid as comedy, not as a realistic portrayal; or something that’s going to shape my perception.
