Mychael Bell Not Allowed To Pay Bail

A strange situation.

Pros in the news, covering this case, don’t know what’s going on; so again I went straight to the source.

Just spoke with Bob Noel, one of Mychael Bell attorneys.

Question: Why is Mr.Bell not being allowed to post bail?

Mr. Noel: We’re having a problem with the Judge. We have something working in the court of appeals.

Question: SO you’re addressing the Issue with the appeals court?

Mr. Noel: Yes

Question: Was bail even brought up in the hearing on Friday?

Mr. Noel: I can’t discuss anything that happened in court because it’s a juvenile matter.

Question: When might we know something about a decision on bail?

Mr. Noel: Should be soon, I can’t really say more, but should be soon.
