Discussing the Diaspora as seen through an internal Black lens

The Obama campaign is supposedly (they said they were going to do this a number of times before and haven’t done it yet) getting tough on McCain now. Which to me is like waiting to the 4th quarter of a football game to decide you’re going to start tackling.
Not quite there, but this is at least something:
Well, this is better though:
“Senator McCain, what economy are you are talking about”
Let’s just hope it last for more than one or two days like all the times in the past.

Lordy.
I think the glasses are starting to get unfogged again.
Just the issues and McCain will fall.
Unless of course they are successful in squashing the vote in Ohio and Michigan, and Wisconsin, all of which they are trying to do.
I still think Obama is trying to play Mr. Good Guy. Trying to keep that image of no politics or dirty politics as usual. He wants to be the nice one. That isn’t going to work. He doesn’t have much time left to convince folks who appear to be on the fence.
He just needs to be careful in his execution of this types of commercials and he’ll be able to pull it off well.
And since we know this Cooper, it would have long behooved the democrates to put systems and response teams in place to combat it. If they haven’t its not entirely too late. They need to watch the purging of voter rolls.
Yeah, he needs to get off all that Mr. Nice guy crap. You can hit hard on the issues; he doesn’t have to go down in the sewer with scurrilous personal tripe; but he has to be strong, and poignant and punch back. Hell, punch first!
The American people respect strength, and sensitive leaders. It’s just the reality, the majority rather you be wrong and strong, than right and weak. What else explains a second term of George Bush.
