Prosecutors Throwing Cases Against Police - Impact On Okland Transit Case

I want to follow up on last week’s post Do Prosecutors Purposefully Throw Cases Against Cops
We showed the haphazardness of the Sean Bell prosecution, and how the DA in this case was slow to go after the killer cop. we’re going to look at more information around this question.
In 2007 I asked Do Police Have A License To Kill, stating that “Most times the police are barely punished internally; much less prosecuted. It appears to me that the message has been sent, you have the right to assume someone may be dangerous and if that is your arbitrary determination, you have the right to summarily execute them. No actual evidence of imminent danger or cause is needed.
And it seems that this policy is only applied to Blacks. Think about it, how many times have you heard of an unarmed white person being killed by the police?”

Might as well skip from the 0:41 mark to the 1:52 mark; because when she runs on to the train, all you can see is people’s backs.
In the days right after this BART shooting; the policy to protect the cop was clearly being executed as BART officials gave vage answers about what happen though they had various video of the shooting from the begining. Then the Oakland District Attorney would not charge the shooting officer, even though he refused to answer any questions even in an internal police investigation; until there was massive public outcry.
Purposeful under prosecution seems to be where the leaning is in this police shooting, as in most.
The “Post Racial Society” seems like the same one it was last year and the year before that.
Good article that details some of the resistence of prosecutors to even charge cops in another part of Cali- here’s an excerpt:
“In his report, Bobb found that Cooley had accepted 25% of the criminal cases the LAPD and Sheriff’s Department presented in 2004 against their own officers. In contrast, the office in 2002 prosecuted 75% of the general cases investigated by those departments, according to state Department of Justice statistics.”

The majority of white people are BARBARIC RACIST THUGS, they can’t help it THEIR TERRORIST by nature; it’s in their DNA so don’t be surprised by it be surprised when their not. You see their only claim to fame is MURDER, LYING, CHEATING and STEALING this is a FACT not my opinion, not to mention WHITE PRIVILEGE (AmeriKKKan style), LOL. You whites CLAIM you discovered (Electricity)-LMFAO, invented the (Computer)-CHINESE and (Internet)-WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE, the (English Language)-BRITISH and oh yes the big one; discovered (AmeriKKKa)-INDIANS, REALLY LMFAO. You CAN’T compete with us on a consistent level and everybody knows this, that’s why you TRY SO HARD to keep us out because when the playing field is even you DISAPPEAR (come on YOU KNOW I’M RIGHT, just look around) again (WHEN THE PLAYING FIELD IS EVEN THE BLACKS WIN) and sometimes IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE EVEN for us to win. YES AFRICAN AMERICANS have to do a better job of STICKING TOGETHER and keeping our hopes up despite all of the ROAD BLOCKS, WE DON’T DIE EASY FOR NO REASON but the REALITY of our situation in a lot of cases is POVERTY stricken neighborhoods AND POOR SCHOOLS AND BAD TEACHERS (*NO PRE COLLEGE TRAINING) which has been a STRATEGY put together by you guessed it (THE US OF KKK) *LAWS AND POLICIES, we were NEVER as BARBARIC as the INCARCERATED EUROPEANS that were sent to America to MURDER the NATIVES AND THE REST OF THE INNOCENT PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD, again (THIS IS A FACT NOT MY OPINION).
P.S. Too bad for WHITE MEN with their LITTLE DICKS and WET DOG ODER, their women are crossing over in RECORD NUMBERS and sooner or later they’ll be EXTINCT. REMEMBER MIXED PEOPLE CALL THEMSELVES BLACK BECAUSE WHITES AREN’T RESPECTED BY ANYONE ACCEPT WHITE PEOPLE …GOOD RIDDANCE
