Today, May 19th is the birthday of a great moral and human rights leader, Malcolm X.

Though recently annoyed by the release of one of the men who admittedly caused his death, I want to celebrate his life.

Malcolm X Assassin Freed From Prison Today

April 27th, 2010

Malcolm X was shot to death by multiple conspirators while giving a speech at Manhattan’s Audubon Ballroom on February 21, 1965. Thomas Hagan, one of three men convicted in X’s assassination, and the only one ever to admit to shooting him has received full release today.
